So recently my g9 mouse started to crap out on me in game for various games. At first I thought it was my mobo dying, then quickly realized that is was the swift side to side motions with my mouse that were causing it to crap out. So I filed a warranty support help with logitech and they gave me some things to try to see if it was a hardware issue or in fact my mouse. After trying all their suggestions the logitech guy decided that it was my mouse and had me fill out a warranty claim form. I was not sure if my mouse was under warranty anymore since I bought it in 2008 and most devices only have a 2 year warranty. The guy got back to me with some really awesome news. Not only is my mouse still under warranty, they do not manufacture the g9 anymore, but to replace the mouse they are offering me a brand new g9x at no cost! How awesome is that!?

Logitech has a habit of honoring a warranty even if you're past the end of your warranty. They're good like that.

I would do that with my headset..but it only costs $20 and i bought it way back when.

I dont have a good word for a Logitech service in Holland. They just try to convince you that your hardware is past the three years warranty so they can get away with the answer.. sorry there is nothing we can do about it!
Like Big Tymer said i also had a Logitech joystick for about a year and replaced it recently (got my money back) went thru 3 of them in one year.Recently one of my mices went dead Logitech Performance MX and when i contacted the all they can say was Sorry that mouse is Made in China more than 3 years ago, according to that serial and i have had that mouse for only 2 years max 2.5...Dissaster.. and like a fool i am i sold my Razer Mamba few day's ago and went for the Logitech G700
