Hey TPGers,

Since I had to RMA my new rig, I thought the online process was the fastest. Not so, New Egg has a process called advanced RMA where you give them your credit card and they will ship immediatly new stuff, and you return your old busted items within 30 days. The lesson I learned is, when buying from new egg, CALL FIRST!
