    Question CLUELESS

Hi, I recently purchase the dell inspiron duo netbook...boy was I stupid...I thought it would be neat to finally make it into the 21st century with this cute little netbook that I could turn into a tablet...I was wrong...I hate it! I can barely even run farmville on facebook..Internet explorer is constantly telling me oops. Are you kidding me? I know some of you might think Im stupid but I like to play sims games and I purchased and downloaded directly from ea.com the simcity society game and this would not even open the game so...after a week of frustration with this netbook I have decided to purchase a better LAPTOP cause Im sending this netbook back...What would be a good PC fit for someone who plays games occasionally but mostly normal everyday use. Tons of pics and movies tho...Thanks in advance for any suggestion...I know Im clueless when it comes to picking out a pc.

    What is your budget?

Dell and HP are some of the most popular. The good thing with Dell and HP is that you can typically find some decent coupon codes to really bring down the prices. As for any gaming machine, you need to get something with a decent graphics processor. Most of the "budget" notebooks and netbooks typically have a generic Intel brand graphics card that will not run most mainstream games.

Give us a budget and I am sure we can give you some recommendations.

Budget is somewhere between 700-900...i have been looking at the dell and hp with i3/i5 core processors but its the graffics card i need to be concerned with correct? I dont want to spend a fortune...I just really want something that is gonna surf multiple windows fast and run my sims games and let me play around on fb...lol...Im not a huge online gamer and i dont really get into the whole role play wwc games...just the sims really the rest of my junk i play on the ps3...and as far as the netbook goes its got 320GB HD and I thought that was good it came with a 4GB flash drive and it has atom proc...I thought it would be really handy but its turned out to be more hassle.
