    Stupid Ping

    I got home Thursday, got on css and noticed my ping was out the roof. I looked my services, and processes in task manager nothing unusual. I run a virus scan, all good. I decide to uninstall avast free and install norton 360 to see if that helps. I have a regular internet card prolly 3 years old, and a stick wireless adapter. I've never had this problem and it just sucks Any ideas?
    Heres my ping test:

    Your probably thinking oh thats a good ping, well 10 mins before that I was getting a D ranked connection.
