Yes. Call Microsoft. In the past, as long as it was a retail copy (you have the physical CD), they could send you a replacement CD for $10 or 15, which is well worth it if they are still offering. From their web site:

if your cd is based of serial key, you may actually be able to just use the online office 2007 professional trial (which asks for a optional key during install) which you can download off Microsoft site.

I always make ISO images of my software and store it on a server for just this reason. There are many free iso creation tools out there. Backing up your software is perfectly legal, just don't install it on anything you don't have a license for.
