    No, what I mean is that an AV will actively scan files even while you're gaming including files being used by your game. It will slow down your game if it is doing so. You can either turn off your AV while gaming or set the AV to exclude your Steam directory.

    Check the voltage for such a high end GPU it's gonna need alot of electricity
