Need used Intel Xeon 3070

I am in need of a used but working Xeon 3060 CPU. It is the highest end CPU I can upgrade my Dell PowerEdge SC440 to. New ones are going for a few hundred and that's all I paid for the whole server.

If anyone's gets a lead on one it would be greatly appreciated.
