    Startup items not starting

    Win 7 HP, 64 bit.

    Awhile back I deselected some factory Toshiba applications from 'startup' in msconfig and since if I try re selecting them they don't actually run on startup. To get them to run I need to manually launch them every time I turn on my laptop. (everything is selected in 'services' )

    Is there some other hidden place I need to select them in order for them to run?

    Found something that said to check 'services.msc' nothing in there seems to be related, still looking.

    I gave up looking for the problem and fixed one by reinstalling the driver, the other I can't find a driver to reinstall.
