Get a good after market cooler for that CPU.

    I have and reccomend this one - Newegg.com - Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler

These things are getting bigger and bigger.

I was thinking about water cooling, like a corsair or whatever, but I'm not sure yet.

With a aftermarket cooler, you can easily hit 4.5-4.8ghz(Possibly even with a stock cooler). That noctua is overkill, go with this:
Newegg.com - COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" Long Life Sleeve 120mm CPU Cooler Compatible Intel Core i5 & Intel Core i7
