FPS Issues?

If all else fails get a config script for better fps. Australian Schoolgirl hooked me up with one and it boosted my fps from 10-20 to 40-70.

I'll probably give one a try but I don't want to nuke my graphics settings when it was working just fine on full everything. I just don't understand wtf changed.

You could also try restoring the whole computer, I do it every 3-4 months to keep it running smoothly. My laptop is a peice of crap so I have to do it because it starts freezing up after awhile

Intel 80gig SSD
WD Caviar 640gig (steam is located on this drive)
Asus P6T Deluxe V2
EVGA GeForce GTX 260 (2x run in sli) - superclocked edition 896MB

You should be running CSS at 200+ fps on max settings with that. Something's up.

Exactly, and I never had issues until yesterday. So I'm starting to go crazy.

Maybe cause god hates you, you did choose Intel over AMD.

If it's ONLY source, check your settings. Blonde had a l4d2 error, which made me laugh at the fix. Not laughing at you Blonde, I wouldn't even think of the solution. He updated his drivers 2 weeks ago, and it RESET his settings, so he went into the Nvidia control panel, and fixed it.
