    gotta be just the security software I guess Pingtest rates it a B with 59ms ping, 3s Jitter 0% packet loss.. 150 miles distance (closeset testing location)

    Boot to safemode and run the test. 99% of software will not load in safe mode so you can test whether it's a software issue with your machine that way.
