How do you go about overclocking (cpu and GPU)? I've got MSI Afterburner, but I'm not sure how to use it.

Nice man, I was actually able to over clock mine to 4.6, but it wasn't really effecient to do so. After 4.2 every .2ghz higher yeilded about 5% increase in speed. 4.0 to 4.2 yeilded a 30% increase so I kept it there. How many fps you getting on bf3?

Joker helped me overclock mine, it was really easy, you just have to watch your temps. I can write up a tutorial if you like but it would probably be better to ask someone with more experience in overclocking.

i guess if your folding any higher speeds are good. i havent had to OC my system yet. imho if you OC just so, its just unnecessary stress.

you just got your stuff too, maybe its voodoo but i always thought you should "break in" your new stuff then step up your Oc's over time. when i had my e8400 out the box day one it waznt stable @3.7mhz but by the time i upgraded it was stable @4.4mhz. I felt this effect even more with AMD's

the new intell stuff is super nice thou, just keep your ~v's under 1.4 youll be fine.
