I think so. I have two at the house

Sent via highly charged bolt of electricity.

So looks like I may end up going with the G500 for a new mouse. Guess I'll be able to use my Fry's Gift Card now...

the 400 is identical except it feels slightly flimsier, but still reliable and it has higher tracking & DPI and with the software you can customize the DPI modes.

The MX518 can still be found

    http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Perfo.../dp/B0007Z1M50

I actually think I might pick up another just as a spare in case I finally manage to wear the mouse buttons out

I still have mine. The only reason I changed was for the DPI on-the-fly settings.

Yeah I saw that... the fact that it costs more than it used to (and more than the replacement model) clued me in it was probably not being manufactured anymore.

Yeah the 3 on-the-fly settings seem to be enough for me.

the 400 has more DPI settings too (with software); for me it was that the 500 felt too small in my hand and the side buttons are a little chincier feeling due to the nesting of another button. Either way, they are all good mice...
