I second this suggestion. Use Guru3D - Driver Sweeper exactly as they recommend.

Weird. Well, you can get it here: Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper
Just use the directions given in the first link."A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."

Not sure if this is the cause of your problems, and correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't 12Gb of RAM usually correlate to triple-channel memory (ie. 3x4Gb sticks)? With your processor, I'm assuming you have an AM3-socket board, which uses dual-channel memory. It could be that you got a dual-channel set of 2x4Gb sticks and just added another 4Gb in there without realizing that dual-channel memory always needs to be paired. That, or you must've meant 16Gb of RAM. Either or, 12Gb of RAM doesn't seem to sit right with a dual-channel motherboard.
That said, your problem seems more-so GPU/driver related as others have stated. Doing a clean install of your video drivers could possibly solve the problem.
Another problem could be that even though your PSU can supply plenty of power to the system as a whole, you might not be getting enough amperage (current) on your rails that supply the power to the video cards, as 850W should be enough.
EDIT:
Please feel free to correct me if any of this is wrong.Last edited by Sc0tty; 12-07-11 at 08:48 PM.

Not having any problems with the RAM since i put this PC together 2x4GB+2x2 .Bellow screenshots with all ultra without HBAO, and when HBAO is enabled it just turns the PC off.
Could be something with that the Battlefield 3 having Crossfire issue?
I could play all night long with the HBAO Off ,at the moment i enable it it just shuts down the PC.

Not all powersupplies are created equal even with the "same" output overall rating (as I've discovered to my regret). What's the brand and model number?
What power feeds are you using for each video card? Are they are all direct to the video card or do you have some molex power that you're sharing with other devices?
