Practice 4 Dead?

So here's something I've been thinking / talking about for awhile, but just never got around to organizing:

L4d2 practice sessions

I know that the server used to have some mods for this kind of stuff, but I think that I would be easy to do in regular rvs.
Here's my thinking, we turn all talk on, clear all the common out of an area and then just coordinate with SV and SI to practice basic skills like hunt/jock dead-stops, charger levels, and smoker self-clears. (Sack booms / spit)
We could also practice throwing rocks / curve rocks as tank, and shooting tank rocks on sv.

Might also be fun to practice hitting chokes as SI and passing them on SV and if we have any newer folks around, it would be a good time to show them the major death pull/charge/jock spots and how to set them up.

So who's interested? I'm usually around later in the evenings. Post here if your interested and if a particular day/time works best for you and then we can all coordinate from there.

this is something like what you're saying, but I think it's on confogl.
I think you're aiming for something more casual.

IMHO the best way to practice is to play, and take risks, you'll mess up sometimes but there's no way to improve if you just do the same things and play the same way.

I concur. If my team is losing badly or winning by a bunch you'll usually see me do something stupid (more often than not) or awesome (rarely) because I saw something that I wanted to try out, or I saw a new place I hadn't been or hadn't smoked/charged/jocked from or whatever.

Also guys I've been talking to Mizzy, she has a group of people that does this every weekend. They use a promod w/out god frames and they just practice different skills. You need an RSVP to get into her group but if you message to me, I can get you one for next weekend. We are limited to bringing 4-6 I believe. However, setting up a weekly P4D session shouldn't be that hard to do.

I will be in NY from 12/11/12 to 1/19/13 but that doesn't mean yall shouldn't set one up.

Also, I know about Miz's school and I've been meaning to check that out, but Cool is correct: I'd like something more casual and among friends. As of now I think we have enough to make this happen. What does everyone think about this Tuesday night? Maybe 8pm CST?
