My favorite one, which Ive only heard once. It happened in versus when we made it in Mercy Hospital to the elevator taking almost no damage in a short amount of time. The elevator dialogue consisted of all four survivors whistling.

I just recently went into the commentary mode for L4D. I don't know if it is available in the PC version, but I found it very interesting and informative. Did you know that survivors dialogue conversations have thousands of variations. Each time the dialogue will be different based on what survivors are alive, what survivors are near each other, the health of the speaking survivors, and random chance. You could play through instances such as the No Mercy Elevator and the Death Toll Safehouse dude over 1000 times and never hear the same dialogue twice!
