    Um, I'm pretty sure spawned ones have the same HP as they would normally... If you mass spawn them, they claw each other while stacked and chasing you.

    Create a server,
    goto console
    type
    sv_cheats 1
    z_spawn witch
    retype the witch code for a new one each time
