    Unhappy not working

    Didn't work for me.
    Probably because I bought it at the store.

    If you have the disc from the store, then I would try stopping Steam, and then deleting the left 4 dead folder and all it's contents, then reinstall off the disc.

    Hmmm...what OS do you have? When you installed the game, did you install it under an Administrator account? I am wondering if it may be a Windows permissions issue with the file.

    Try going to the Properties of the unicode file and click on the Security tab and see what permissions you have under the account you logged onto Windows with.
