I'm using an Acer Aspire 5735 and whenever I play left 4 dead it can glitch out. Sometimes it's fine, but when too much is going on everything slows right down and it's virtually unplayable. I think I have a decent set up for the game but I'm not sure.

Arrgh, I just want to play some weird maps.

Any ideas?
If you go to Can You Run It? Powered by System Requirements Lab it'll tell you if you can run left 4 dead or not (make sure you click on the recommended tab instead of the minimum tab). You have a pretty good setup but since it's a very new computer I would get a new graphics card.. nvidia 9800 gtx+ cards are nice or the ati radeon hd 4850. I would also upgrade your cpu to intel core 2 duo e8500.. That'll make that game run like a champ..
