Heres my infected ideas

The Struggler aka Asphyxia
A Pale Woman with few cloths on her appear in age 16-18
her infected characteristic is her 4 arms,the pale white skin, the long blond hair and her red-silver glowing eyes
To understand that Asphyxia is close you will here nearby giggle sounds

Asphyxia 1st special move:She become a dead corpse near to the other dead horde zombies and rising when she wants too

Asphyxia 2nd special move:After he gets close to a survivor she cover with her hands his/her faces and struggling the survivor to breath while the other arms grab his/her arms trying to escape.
Her health is 270
