I feel setting versus on normal was a horrible decision, the infected do paper tiger damage and the amount of medkits are unbelivable at times (6-8 medkits a level, no joke). Versus is just training grounds for expert i beleive, why else would it be so easy?

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but you've clearly never played a decent team at versus then. I've played Versus all of twice, and both times I have seen good teams with good players wiped out by well-coordinated infected attacks alone. That doesn't sound like a massively unbalanced game to me.
Last night for example, on BH2 where you enter the top of the warehouse at the start of the level, both teams were wiped out there, as the tank spawned in that area. Now, looking at the terrain, I'd suggest that was more pro-survivor than pro-tank, as there are wide open spaces, two different levels for survivors to shoot from, plenty of obstacles to run around and force the tank to chase you... yet on BOTH teams, a combination of the tank and regular infected (and in our case a witch to boot!) completely wiped the survivors out, less than two minutes into a level.
Generally, those that complain about Versus being unbalanced are those that can't play as infected very well, either due to poor teammates or poor tactics.
