Thread: Low Fps good system, unstable, cant ajust...

hello friend. i think your best bet would be to turn your refresh rate to 60 hertz, and also for antistropic filtering and such, make sure your nvidia control panel says "application controlled" or something along those lines. same with anti-aliasing. also, when your ingame drop down your colsole and type /maxfps 0 or cg_maxfps 0 (cant remember which, or it might be completly different for source i dont remember rofl.) and in your nvidia control panel under image settings turn triple buffering off. it isnt 100% that these will work for ya, but its definatly a good start.

I tryied your link sorken and well still same thing i can put the best setting ever i will still have THE SAME FPS. WHY STEAM CAN'T HELP ME ?

yeah i have a 8400 gs and i get some video lag too

Is it like really low fps and when you move it go around 10 and if your in menu is around 60? And the menu FPS change but in game it doesn't?
