    Question

    I'm new, I've been stalking the forums, reading topics, but I decided to post this question:

    I have a XP that plays Portal, but can't play L4D.

    Do Portal and L4D require the same card, if so, that's just fuckin' dandy. Because Portal works, but L4D doesn't!

    Left 4 Dead requires a much beefier system then Portal.

    If you post up your system specs as discussed in the stickies we may be able to help you with your problem.

    No need. I finally installed L4D on my home 'pooter, and the card doesn't work.

    White squares everywhere and the Survivors and zombies are invisible.

    MODS: Lock please.

    chances are you arent meeting the requirements mate. google can you run it and go to their site and pick l4d, then run it and it will tell you if you pass or fail.
