A Crying/Laughter would scare me to death! Sounds like a neat Idea, if you have someone with a good enough voice to do it.

Witch starts crying, then she do a giggling when she is been growling, and a creepy laugh when she gets startled.

Reuse some of the Jockey sounds maybe. The Lady in the Tramp laugh is very good also (same laugh as Ripper Roo)

Mix with Jockey sounds. Just lower them and stretch them out longer to make it sound demonic.

Have her laugh and cry like everyone is saying, but maybe every now and then she screams out of the blue without warning. The survivors will think she is coming but nope, she's just crazy...and dead...
