Tank Death Glitch on BH2

So I'm trying to get Nothing Special atm (last achievement), and I got up near the saferoom. The last train thing you see the Tank was standing on (the one that blocks your path, leading you in to the saferoom), anyways so there is a train on it's side before this one and another one on it's side (Sorry for the bad explaining, I'm horrible at explaining stuff). Anyways, I'm standing on the one on it's side, waiting for the Tank so I can unload on him. Nothing is happening, until I see "Tank Death" in the captions. Extremely confused, I go see where he died. Well, its not like he got stuck on a ladder, no, instead he's just lying on the ground, nothing in his way.

never seen a tank just die like that, but ive seen glitched tank spawns that lead to giving the other team some really unfair advantages. the last one i saw happened to me, it was NM3, the survivors got out of the diner and ran to the 2nd store place next to the blown up gastanks. the tank music starts, it says i'll be the tank and i can see the AI tank climbing up a truck just before it switches to me. i turn into the tank and goddamn, i'm stuck half inside the truck the AI tank climped on! the survivors see me from afar and shoot me from a distance since i cant move. after my hps depleted like under half i suddenly instaspawn next to em, but it's already too late since all the hp i lost just sittin stuck and gettin shot at.

valve really should attempt to fix these scenarios when AI switches into player cotrol near a wall and suddenly the player is stuck or warps elsewhere. same goes to times when someone leaves and the AI takes over, and because of some glitch we then see zoey warp back in the starting saferoom

a happening like that screws up the game for one team so bad it usually leads to the whole team ragequitting.

No he had a heart attack from all the pain pills and steriods he took!

Anyways acting serious, it's happened to me before. Just like the witch, if you disturb her and go to a place where she can't get to you, she will sit they're for a few seconds then either die or just run away.

For Tank best guess is You found tank went in hiding, he didn't find you so AI made him suicide.

Ive seen a glitched tank in NM4 where the tank spawn on the 28th floor when the surivors haven't even started the elevator. The tank runs out of time without having a chance to get at the survivors. Then once the other team goes, the tank spawns normally after the survivors get out of the elevator.

I've also seen that happen on BH2 as well.
