Thread: Ways to keep L4D interesting

turn all the zombies \si\halos\name tags off and play hide & seek...players kill each other...

hey you know how i keep the game interesting....NOT playing it every second of every day when you are so hooked on a game that just playing it is no longer fun STOP PLAYING FOR A BIT GO OUTSIDE..... or try playing a game where the only way to win is to be the ONLY survivor.

hey kids, only 2 weeks left for survival mode, and the SDK with new random maps, so no reason to get bored just yet
Look at the campaigns/versus games that you are playing now as a training for survival mode so that you can get those medals.

Who ever ends up with the pills when they get to the safe house loses and is it next time

-Fighting each other in the NM finale is alttle fun, wait untl you get to the roof to give each other a chance. this would be more fun if you could get Sillouettes to turn off, im not sure if there is a console command for that or not because i have an Xbox. its fun but it get boring pretty fast.

-dont shoot a sinlge bullet, if you want you can use grenades
if some gets smoked or hunted you can only melee it off...try to make it to the safe house only meleeing....you couldnt do this on the finales though

-or try to make it through a chapter without hurting anything (useing mell/gun/grenades) if someone is pounced or smoked you cannot help them.

-play without sound.....it fun sometimes

-Run backwards through a whole campaigne

-play a campaigne with out ever healing (pills are fine)
and start the first chapter in black and white health.....everyone on your team

-first person to kill themselves wins!!(not the best game)

-Dont use pitols and dont pick up ammo stashes, and try to get through the whole campaigne without running out of ammo, if you do you lose.

-is it possible in console commands to have ammo stashes beable to only be used once, so only one player could pick it up? if so than getting to ammo stashes before the others would make the game challenging..same with teir 2 guns if its possible

-is it possible to take out all SIs on the map? if so do that and make the damage of standard zombies way higher....and take away medkits if possible

-or you could download some maps and mods....

Race through levels on advanced. Its only like 30min games so its fast paced. We play no FF, and save people if theyre nearby. Fire doesnt count as FF imo =p. Just need a system modded in so 1st to saferoom gets most points, then 2nd, etc.

I added some to the list in the first post. Keep them coming! I can't wait to play pills tag tonight lol.
