    eh...

    well that sounds too unrealistic. zombies are simply mutated versions of people.... take the hunter for example, it still looks human, but it can leap extremely far distances. basically, the only thing changed is their physical capabilities.

    well i have an idea of my own....but i think this is a bit over done

    basically, its a blind zombie. very strong, (weaker than a tank...that would make it too strong) as fast as a common zombie, but completely blind. only chases after noises, and is armed with razor sharp teeth. And of course, garranteed to show if you shoot a car (or possibly if you throw a pipe bomb. but wont get killed by the bomb itself)

    oh and sorry about my bad speeling (lol). i was in a hurry to type this.

    Only the regular zombies chase after the pipe bomb.

    well, it would be called a mod...so i assume there would be SOME way to make it chase after the bomb (or atleast spawn nearby when its thrown)

    Yea I kinda think of it somewhere between a Boomer and a Spy from TF2.

    When your walking along a map, the zombie disguises themself as one of the team. If they get right behind you they can stab (punch/claw/jump?) you and cause instant incapacitation. Once they are discovered, they have no hope and killed in a second (like a Boomer). Not too powerful, but if it can get in the right place, that blow could really screw things up for the team.

    The problem would be, unlike TF2, L4D has friendly fire. To ensure everyone isnt shooting everyone, I suppose there would need to be a telltale sign, maybe their face would look old and wrinkly, or maybe there is a distinct sound that plays to tell the players to look out. I suppose bashing the zombie could reveal its identity as that wouldn't hurt a player.

    That would be awesome.

    maybe if the zombie is in disguise mode its hit points would be halved? I like the idea but I agree with the people who brought up friendly fire...a lot of tools would use it an an excuse to tk "Oh no! lolz I could have sworn you were a zombie spy!"

    it really jsut sounds... kinda pointless, WO HO! IM NOT AN INFECTED! *slash!* *dies* you'd get all of one maybe two hits and then you're dead. On top of that, yea, a lil too magic like. And then theres the situation where you have two zeoy's. so what, all you have to do is look long enough at one (2 seconds) notice the difference, and shoot the zombie.. (say the difference is like a gun missing, or darker looking, or the eyes being weird) it would be at that point where you'd become useless really, and its like, oh hey look, a random bill came around the corner, and he didnt have an outline SHOOT HIM! (although, that would be affective teamed up with a smoker, survivors dont have an outline to those who are in a smoker's deathsmoke....) all in all, i give you "BEST INFECTED IDEA" a 4/10

    Ughh...... that sounds like a pretty good idea but wouldnt the group notice that there is 2 bills or the fact that it isnt carrying a weapon?
