I assume you have tried all the fixes that are suggested in the sticky?

If none of that helps, you may have to reinstall the game, if you haven't already.

When it freezes, does it freeze just the game, or your whole computer?

Are there any error messages in your Windows Event Viewer?

After you have rebooted your computer, go to your Windows Control Panel, under Administrative Tools, and select Event Viewer. Look under either the System tab or the Application tab and see if there is an error entry at the time your machine locked up. It might tell you what happened...or it may not...
