its obviously a zombie ploy, tricks you to investigate, but i guess after you already know whats up its more of a warning.

maybe she knows what she used to be, and knows what she is now, but just cant figure out how she got from one to the other... this makes her cry...
and kill ne1 dumb enough to disturb her...

she sat on something sharp?

Valve's official explanation is that ALL the commons have a migraine,but the witch has one that hurts so much she cries.

She'll attack.
She doesn't mean to kill the survivors,they just aggravate her.
