    Left 4 dead Multiple Crashes

Okay, some people told me to put in no bordered window mode, i did that, turned off the 1 thingy in options, and then i went to tsk manager then set affinity and only put 1... but i just bought this game, im at my dads house so it works and plays for about 5 min, then it either freezes or crashes out of the blue... any advice? i did the set affinity, i can beat 1 small mission then it closes after i start the next.

nothing in the event viewer, at the time it crashes it just closes and goes to the desktop, or freezes and makes me close it. it had no errors.
