    sound loop, black screen crash.

    I'm playing left for dead at the moment, and once every minute or so I get a stupid sound loop, followed by a black screen. After this happens I HAVE to ctrl,alt,del it and then maximize the game again. So technically ... this isn't a crash. Any ideas?
