Did the DLC cancel out the xbox patch?

Playing after the DLC came out, I noticed that a lot of the issues that had been patched in the february update. For instance, smokers and pull people into witchs again, people can hide the tank at the end of NM5, etc...

Anyone else notice this?

I wasn't aware pulling people into witches was a glitch or a problem of some sort..?

After they patched it, if you tried to smoke over a witch she would just break your tongue. Also, they made the smoker tongue much harder to shoot, forcing the survivors to either shoot the smoker or punch the survivor getting smoked. I'm not saying it's a clitch, I'm saying it's a balancing issue.

I don't remember noticing it being removed, but I definitely dragged someone into a witch the other day.

I pulled someone to the witch when I was on the roof once, he was left dangling above the witch, the witch quickly rose up and began scratching the life out of him.

Francis: (Being pulled) No, no, Nooooo
(Dangling) Help meeee (Seeing the witch being agitated) Stop..pissing off...the damn...witch!
(Being hit by witch, incapped) shit, i need some help
(Being continously hit by witch) *performs his absolutely girly incap scream and dies shortly after*
