How to find a "custom server" running "custom maps"???

Where & how do you find any servers that are running custom maps or custom campaigns, would like to find some to join & play on.

Or just find some friends, download custom maps, then play on a local server.

I have been doing this, but it still seems like 90% of the servers are still running the standard maps, i did manage to find only a handful of servers running custom maps? You would think there would be a heck of alot more servers running custom maps than just a handful, hmmmm
