Cheap L4D code?

Hi guys,

I play L4D regularly on the Xbox 360, and I fancy having a go at the PC version. However I don't want to pay £26.99 it is currently on Steam for a game I already own on the Xbox.

Does anyone know of those sites that sold Steam product keys instead of full retail games at a discount? I wouldn't mind one of those. Or somewhere that sells L4D PC for cheap!

Two legal ways to get L4D:
1) Through Steam
2) Through a Valve-authorized retailer, then you activate it on Steam

best bet is to keep an eye open - Steam do some crazy mad sales from time to time, so just wait for L4D to go for half price or something and grab it then.

Yes, they have weekend deals once in a while, be sure to grab the chance while it's there.

i say wait tl L4D2. then you can get a game you dont own for retail price.

That's what I meant, but does anyone know of any retailers selling just the CD-keys as I can only find full retail products?

L4D hasn't had a weekend deal for a while now

. Perhaps that means we're due one?

Retailers don't sell CD keys.

Try your luck with ebay if you want. If not, just keeps your eyes peeled for a sale or whatever. It was down to like $30 at Wal-Mart, but then they released the scammer GOTY edition and bumped the price back to near full retail. Maybe you can find a copy of the original around for cheaper.

Buy a CD key here for Steam and put the code into "Activate a product on Steam".

These guys buy actual copies of the game and get the code off them, so they're legitimate.

(I'm questioning the legality of this post, if i'm not allowed to advocate a website or whatever, just delete this post)
