    and why can't we use the shotgun, or sniper instead? but with a really slow time between each shot and with a reaaaaaaally bad accuracy? That would be more real than a pistol magically appearing in your hand when you fall down.

    Seriously. Some of you guys read way too much into what is a game about a zombie apocalypse. Realism probably wasn't what Valve were going for here, guys.

    You want realism? Then valve shoudn't give us random guns or health packs laying around, survivors should not leave safe rooms with supplies, nor should guitars chop heads off. Ever. If we wanted "realism" we woudn't be playing a game where four people could take on thousands of an infected population.

    We always want "some" realism to keep things interesting... Finding the balance between fantasy and realism is the target.

    Yeah, but on that note Valve are running an impossible line, because everyone will have different ideas on what they want to be realistic and what they want to be fantastical - no matter what they do, someone will bitch.

    maybe you could punch or kick away zombies while youre down... I can't decide if it should fatigue you though


    P.S. F@#$ realism.... it's a game with zombies, I think Valve wasn't hoping for complete realism.... I play it because its fun not because it's like real life

    You should so be able to use an RPG while Incapped. And throw Molotovs. And pipe bombs. And be able to heal your team mates. And fly. And break a Tanks neck by glaring that them. You should be able to summon the angelic hordes from the kingdom of Heaven to save you as well!
