Two massive errors.
Short and simple...
1. My game crashes for no reason.
A)Crashes and goes straight to my desktop
B)Crashes and freezes screen till I ctrl+alt+delete
C)Crashes with an actual error from L4D2
2. All the models go invisible...(e.g. teammates, hordes, special zombies, vehicles, parts of buildings, debris, etc...) All I see is shadows of zombies and players, the floor, and some walls scattered about.
There's no specific time of play, or level.
Please help...

I would first check in your Windows Event Viewer to see if there are any error messages.
I would also delete your existing video drivers, and reinstall the Version 178 driver and see if that helps.*********************************
