    special infected

    we know the green flu started this but how did the tank smoker hunter etc become like tthis rather then just normal infected

    I read that when an Infected individual survive 1 or 1 and a half month it will evolve/mutate to a Tank or when a Infected individual got full RAGE and get very very Angry and kill its victim...Almost all of Infected Individual turn into a Hunter...Just like Normal Infected it runs fast means it doesn't evolve to much...It's health and Legs just improve...The others i don't know
