    Out of range

Hi, i'm not an englishman, so i'm sorry for not exclusive grammer. I get the same message everytime i launch l4d: "out of range".
I have read few tips somewhere in these forums, like "write w 800 to launching options" and i tried, but it's still the same.
My game cd is original, from a prestige pc shop, system recuirements ok, perhaps. Athlon ii x2 (2.8ghz), 4gb ram, 384 mb
    -geforce 9600gso.
Please help. Thanks much for solutions. J.

Try going into your CFG folder and deleting your VIDEO.TXT file. That should set you back to your defaults. It sounds like the video that your card is sending does not match the display input on your monitor.
