    Your achievements are stored in your Steam account, so reinstalling the game will not cause them to be lost.

    i didn't reinstall left 4 dead 2 yet
    but i found something new..
    on Verses only! i can hear the rain and the wind...
    and the other games... no rain and wind sound... very odd.
