Thread: Shotguns

Which one of the auto-shotguns is better the original one or the new spas one ?
(sorry dont no name of the auto-shotgun from l4d1)

i think the spas is supposed to have a tighter spread? or is it the other way round...?

either way, a shotgun is a shotgun. it deals death at an alarming rate and can cut down hordes of CI in no time at all. also deals huge damage to SI, especially when aimed at the head. neither is better than the other, they both excel at what they do and they do it in very slightly different ways. i certainly have not noticed any significant difference tbh.

they're just not the be-all and end-all dealers of death that they were in L4D1. good, but no super cannon. get yourself a rifle or the military sniper rifle. supreme accuracy, 30 rnd magazine and can put most things to sleep in few shots.

SPAS has more damage per pellet, less pellets and less spread. I prefer it, the spread tends to be more horizontal than anything. Shotguns are more important now that melee has been nerfed.
