    ALMOST the easiest witch kill ever... Even easier when she spawns on the roller coaster in Dark Carny. Just hit the button and forget about her.

    I've seen it three times in about 1650 hours. So it's rare, but it does happen.

    Probably right in front of the safe room on No Mercy 3. You can't hear her over the commotion and you jump over the counter and she's right there so you jump out of your seat and dash into the safe room.
