Problem on Left4dead2

First of all hello to all im from greece,im new on this forum, i begun to play left4dead2 via steam these days i never had a problem and all were ok. Today Suddenly while im playing my game is Freezing all time any solution ? i will appreciate it if someone will help me.

Processor : AMD athlom(tm) 64 processor 3800+, MMX, 3Dnow, ~2.4GHz
Memory : 1427MB RAM
DirectX: 9.0
Video Card: Ati Radeon HD 4600 Series

I would:

1) Check settings (maybe graphical settings to high?)

2) See if any external problems are affecting it. (Automatic virus scan overloading computer?)

3) Reinstall the game.

4) If nothing works, contact Steam/Value Support.

When i play l4D2 the game stops whan it's loading and it says No permission to run Left4Dead2

DUDE. Slow down. So far you've posted twice in the same thread, you're PMing an administrator and you've completely mis-used the 'report thread' function.

The following has solved this problem for some Vista users.
Exit Steam.
Click Start > All Programs > Accessories
Launch the Command Prompt by right clicking on it and choosing "Run As Administrator"
Type in the following command and press enter:
net localgroup Administrators /add Local Service
Close the Command Prompt window and restart your computer.
Then, launch the game again.

Try that.
Also, make sure you're running L4D2 as an Administrator.

Have a read of a few of the stickies (specifically the ones about how to post a question) and get back to us - at the moment I can't really help you because I know nothing about the system you're trying to run the game on or what you've done so far to try and solve the problem.

To the OP, I'd suggest scanning your computer for Virus'. They may be hogging system resources. If that fails, then try updating your video card's drivers to the latest stable version.

Also try the usual Verifying Game Files solution to see if that helps in any way.
