I'm not exactly sure how to do it in Windows. There should be an option somewhere to show hidden extensions, so just make sure you turn that on, and then you'll see if the config file had a hidden .txt extension. Actually, I'll just upload an already correct version for you.

Go ahead and delete the other one and add this instead. I'm pretty sure this will work for you.

I'm still confused by that file showing up as a CSS config for you. I don't have CSS and so obviously have never used a config file for it.

Yes i figured it out in the end, although i still don't know how that css cfg got in there xD.

Anyway this cfg doesn't seem to be the one i used last time. As my FPS hasn't really improved that much. I remember the little things from the last cfg like the annoying net_graph 3 instead of net_graph 1 which this cfg had neither.

Also zombies don't disappear as soon as you kill them like they did in the last cfg i tried from kaizen. Strange o well..

I'm not sure which config you had before, maybe it was a different version? This one I got from nextlevelgamer.com several months ago. The net_graph tweaks are in there, but they're commented out (I might've done that myself, don't remember). Just remove the slashes in front of them to re-enable them. You should look through the file and see if anything else is commented out that you want re-enabled. I know I changed some things to suit my own preferences, but it was all trial-and-error, and I don't remember now. But I left all the original info in there, in case you want to change something back.

Its OK man like i said before thanks for the effort. I have found his L4D 1 cfg.
Hopefully that will work just as good. And any cmds that wont work in L4D2 simply wont load so there's no problem or damage done.
