I'm sorry, but I'm also out of ideas. I'll have to send you to the Steam Support, they should be able to help you there.

You'll need to make a new account separate from your Steam account and submit a ticket. It usually takes 3-5 working days for a response, but it could be sooner. If it helps, try sending them the link to this page as well so they know what you've already tried.

If you do happen to get it fixed, would you mind coming back and telling us so we know for future people please? Thanks if you do.

a few days ago i posted a thread about my forward key
thanks to parloc ho gave me the advice to go to steam support and they solved the problem

if you ever have this problem this is what you have to do:

Lets try disabling Steam Cloud first:

Open Steam > Click on Library > Games > Right click on the Game you want to disable Cloud for > Click Properties > Updates

Uncheck the box at the bottom in order to stop Cloud synchronization from happening.

Then do the following to ensure you have a brand new config file:

Exit Steam entirely.

Browse to your Steam installation (Usually C:\Program Files\Steam\)

Rename the "steamapps" folder to "old_steamapps"

Re-launch Steam and re-install the game.

Once the installation is complete, test the issue.

If this resolves the issue, you may copy the new files into the "old_steamapps" folder and rename it to "steamapps" to restore your other games without re-downloading.

If the issue is not resolved, you can rename the folder back to avoid having to re-install other games
