Thinks that's the name of the acheivement lol, to get it I know I have to finish each campaign on expert but do I have to do it without dying once or is dying and flight back the the checkpoint ok

Just play through the campaign and 'survive' the finale.

It doesn't matter if you die during a stage, you just start out from that saferoom again. I think it just needs to be done in one sitting. (ie don't turn off your machine halfway through the campaign and carry on later)

Check the achievements list in the menu, and it will let you know when you've passed them by X/5.
