    Manually selecting a Server?

    i remember in L4D1 i used to use some pop up menu in console that i could see all the servers with and manually choose which i want to connect to.... the only thing is, i forgot what exactly i did & how to do it again.

    also, can you do the same with L4D2 ?

    Type "openserverbrowser" in the console.

    you can also use scripts to bind server preferences. I know our users at teamplayergaming do so, so when creating a lobby, that lobby will be directed to connect to a TPG server (where our stats, tracking, and admin powers are activated).

    the TPG servers are now community servers for L4DF, too. Hopefully you guys will put them to use. I'll make a sticky about creating and using the script to connect from lobby, as well as post the IP's and stats links.
