Achievements

What achivements -if any - have you still got to get, that you've been stuck on for ages?

For me it's these last 3:

Heartwarmer - Never seem to have a defib when someone dies, or if I do, no-one dies, or if it's both, it's nowhere near the saferoom, not that anyone would come out and help cover me even if it was.

Strength in numbers - Never even done a team versus I don't think, and I imagine it's basically impossible to make sure no-one leaves the game.

Sacrifizzle - Came close once, but on public games it's very difficult to even get the survivors to the finale, so we've usually killed them before it gets to that point.

I know this is the L4D2 forum, but Chaos Generator in L4D1. It's the only one I have left for both games. I've gotten it legitimately before, but many of the Xbox 360 DLC achievements (including this one) are glitched, and you have to jump through flaming hoops to create a local server to get them to unlock properly. I HAVE done this before, but apparently I messed up somewhere. I've also been unable to get any help from friends on doing this.

Well, I don't care that much about achievements, but on my old account, the achievement I sought out but couldn't get was Strength in Numbers. I never had the patience to sit in a lobby for 4 hours or get a group together, and every time we did get a group and others, the other team would ragequit or one of us would lag out, thus ruining the achievement. :/

I suppose that if we can get enough people from this forum to commit to a meet-up time, then we can all get that achievement together. No need to even make much of an effort. No special infected spawns. Survivors just rush through each map of the campaign. If we compete legitimately, then we run the risk of someone lagging out or rage quitting.

If we do Dead Air, then we can all get the Connecting Flight achievements as well. With no special infected, we might be able to whip through a versus match in under an hour.

Wedding Crasher is easy, why shouldn't that be one?

I've got all achievements for both ' Left 4 Dead 1 and Left 4 Dead 2 '.
What was annoying was that some of the L4D1 achievements were gliched ( Slippery Pull, Chaos Genrator etc ), like almost all of the Crash Course achievements were, and could only be done by like spilt screened or local server, that was quite annoying.

I just like getting achievements that are somewhat challenging and find this one to just be a hassle, besides i don't play versus much.

It's not easy for me I guess especially because the 2 times I've tried it i could only hit them into like 4 chairs so i said fudge that achievement.
