Thread: Did Easy Get Harder?

I know it's sad that I play on easy but I'm pretty new. When I first started it was manageable and I was learning a lot. Now it seems that there are hordes before the hordes and even when you disable the carousel or what ever they never stop. And there are like three specials every few yards and Tanks everywhere. You can move up if you're good but if you're still new you can't go down to make it easier. It's more annoying then fun now. I'm new to this forum too so please don't flame me. This is an honest question.

If the director finds you're doing to well on a lower difficulty, sometimes he'll make it a lot harder by spawning lots of stuff. You normally get one horde after you stop the carousel.

Try playing on normal, there's not much between them.

I was just playing and it's definitely harder. To the point where I almost don't even want to play. Three times trying the end of Dead Center and everyone left the game. The very second it started there was three of four specials and from there on it was the same. Damn near impossible. Kinda sucks cuz when I first started it was so fun, I loved it! Now it's just annoying. Other people playing notice it too. I dunno.

I don't usually play on easy, but I did earlier to get an achievement and it felt worse than normal... Tanks every single level, and they were actually smart tanks.
