But I can almost guarantee you Norton is your problem. I can't list the amount of people My dad, my brother, and I have run into (we are the most techy in my family lol) over the years where there only issue was having Norton installed. I've even heard that Norton can install viruses on your computer. So uninstall norton, and go ahead and either get Avast! or AVG. I would suggest Avast! over AVG, It updates easier and I've never had any issues with it at all, while with AVG whenever a big update comes out I have to completely reinstall it.
if you like to pay for your anti-virus(I know some people do) there are either free or paid versions. And when you get the new anti-virus, be sure to do a complete computer scan for any viruses.

Like Zoey said, just because the game isn't working doesn't mean its pirated. Please take into consideration sometimes the game just doesn't work, and ask before you accuse.

Just want to agree with AlmostInsane... Get rid of Norton immediately and try agian.

Even if your dad paid for it I would strongly suggest you to get either Avast! or AVG. the free versions are even better then the paid version of Norton.

Glad you got the game working though.
