    Out-of-map Hunter spots: Legitimacy?

So, I despise using glitches, or cheats, or whatnot to gain an unfair advantage. Whether it's against me, or for my advantage.

But Hunters are wierd. I've seen SO many Hunters, including myself getting to wierd out-of-map kind of areas. Yknow, missing textures, invisible walls/floors, etc.

    Defending it:
-The infected see map endings, and other oddities just on a spawnly basis. The maps are not designed to be believable when playing as the zombies. That is fact. So the missing textures and shit that Hunters would see aren't neccessarily indicative of a cheat-spot.

-Some of the spots are just buthump awesome, OR some of the spots SEEM like it would be a great spot to jump from, but being glitchy about it is the only way.

    Against it:
-The principle of it. Some of these spots are just straight up so BIZARRE that they obviously aren't intended spots. If you're a person who's just straight-up against glitching, then these would be out the window.

-Sometimes there's invisible floors way ABOVE any actual tangible flooring. This would allow a Hunter to get wicked high damage pounces in an area where he shouldn't.

Personally for me, some of the spots are just so awesome, I can justify the Hunters using them. What do you guys think?

I'd say if it's a glitch, it's a no-go. Simple as that. If the designers didn't intend a hunter to get there then they shouldn't.

I would add in kicking off the skybox to that list as well. I've seen players come off the top of the stage and bounce a hunter off the skybox all the way around to the other side. That's ridiculous.

Krakkens and shit. stop tempting them.

I don't think its bad at all, I skybox pounce and do that kinda shit all the time, because if you think about it, there is a lot of missing when it comes to pounces like these, you have to be deadly accurate to land a target. Its no big deal, I believe when you are a Hunter you are obligated to go for the sickest damage pounces possible haha.

Well I am just saying, at the end of the day its still a 25 damage pounce which is meant to be in the game obviously. Maybe if pouncing that high could kill a survivor in green health then its a glitch to me, but in cases such as NM5 where you can access the skybox for a 25 as they come up the ladder, its great. I don't want my Hunter just chilling up there when they peek up and look around, I want my Hunter to do as much damage as possible, I would rather get that 25 and deal a good bit of damage than go for a typical ground pounce there and get destroyed within a second only dealing 1 damage.

There are other far more irritating glitches. May as well just ban shit like meleeing after shooting with your pump to skip the pumping animation so you could shoot quicker, that probably isn't supposed to be there either but its still effective and its still in the game. Thats just me.

But you can get a 25 on nm5 without doing that... In fact you can get a person that's full health incapped on nm5 at that ladder without it just by hunting right as they get to the top of the ladder. You also get fall damage as they fall OFF the ladder. There's no NEED to glitch out.

There's a lot of different views on glitching. What is and what isn't. We've set our rules and that's what we go by. We do realize that our rules aren't everyone's. They're just the ones we enforce on our servers.
